A great product. A website that undersells it.

Marketing leads

B2B SaaS and tech

You own the website but can’t build it, and there’s no senior web or brand lead in-house.

  • ✓A partner who challenges the brief, not one who needs a perfect one
  • ✓Positioning that holds through a launch, rebrand or new leader
  • ✓A clear answer when leadership asks about AI search
  • ✓Website changes shipped without a queue

Complex products beyond SaaS

Specialist manufacturers, technical services and tech-enabled businesses whose site no longer explains what they do.

Meet Flowjoy Signal

It starts with a two-week Signal Check: a fixed-price diagnostic of your positioning, your website and what AI tools say about you. If the roadmap it produces is worth acting on, we work through it together, a few agreed priorities each month.

✦ Fixed-price diagnostic✦ Ranked priorities✦ Monthly, not hourly✦ One accountable partner
The Check is useful even if we stop there.
Week one01

Look and listen

A short intake on your goals, buyers and competitors. Then a close look at your positioning, your website and what AI tools say about your category.

Week two02

Rank what matters

Everything found becomes a short ordered list: what to fix first, why, and roughly how big each item is.

Walkthrough03

Talk it through

An hour going through the findings together. The report and roadmap are yours, whatever you decide next.

Partnership04

Agree the month

On a monthly call we pick two to four priorities from the roadmap. That’s the scope, not a timesheet.

Every month05

Do the work

Messaging, pages, structure and AI-visibility fixes, delivered by the same person who did the diagnosis.

Every quarter06

Check the signal

Re-ask AI tools the questions your buyers ask, report what changed, and review the roadmap.

Good products deserve to be understood.

When any website can be built in an afternoon, looking polished isn’t enough. What sets a company apart is how clearly it explains why it matters, to buyers and now to the AI tools they ask for recommendations.

Flowjoy is one senior person, Ben, working closely with a few B2B companies at a time: on your calls, in your Slack, and willing to tell you when the homepage headline isn’t working.

FAQs

What is Flowjoy Signal?

Ongoing ownership of your positioning, your website and your visibility in AI answers, by one senior partner. It starts with a fixed-price Signal Check and can continue as a monthly Signal Partnership, scoped by agreed priorities rather than hours.

Is this just a pricier website retainer?

No. The website is one of three things owned, alongside positioning and AI visibility. The work each month is chosen from the roadmap by what moves the business, which might be a headline, a pricing page or how AI tools describe you, not a list of web tasks.

Can one person really cover all of this?

Yes, because scope is set by agreed priorities, two to four a month, and the number of partnerships is capped. You get the person who did the diagnosis doing the work, without hand-offs between a strategist, a designer and a developer. When a piece of work needs a specialist, I bring in people I trust and stay accountable for the result.
